The working foundation — one method your whole team can use on Monday morning.
One day for the people who decide — what to fund, what to stop, what to ask for.
The flagship. Sixteen hours that end with a written AI strategy, not a reading list.
Organisations where Ahmed Amrousy has delivered training, taught, or held a leadership role.
Menova, founded by Ahmed Amrousy. He teaches Marketing Management in executive education at the American University in Cairo's Onsi Sawiris School of Business, is Head of Marketing & PR at Nile Air, and is a DBA candidate at Ain Shams University. Training is delivered by Ahmed personally, not by associates.
For senior leadership, Menova's one-day AI for Executives programme is the usual starting point, followed by the 16-hour AI for Business Strategy workshop where the leadership team needs a written strategy. For whole departments, AI for Business is the foundation programme.
Yes. Ahmed delivers verbally in Egyptian Arabic with English slides and English materials, which is the format most Egyptian corporate teams prefer. Full English delivery is available for multinational teams.
On-site at the client's offices anywhere in Egypt — Cairo, Giza, the New Administrative Capital, Alexandria — and at offsite venues in Ain Sokhna and on the North Coast. Live online delivery is also available.
Recent Egyptian engagements include Kahraba, Egypt's largest private-sector power generation and distribution company, where 65 executives were trained across three runs of a 16-hour workshop rated 4.8/5, followed by a separate advanced session for the CEO and nine senior managers; a two-day AI for Business Strategy workshop for companies affiliated with the Engineering Export Council of Egypt; and faculty at Cairo University's Faculty of Economics and Political Science, in partnership with Logic Consulting.
Pricing is per programme and depends on team size, seniority, duration and location. Send the team size and objective to ahmedamrousy@aucegypt.edu for a written proposal with agenda, duration and price within two working days.
Two to three weeks from proposal to delivery is typical. Shorter turnarounds are sometimes possible for Greater Cairo, where there is no travel to arrange.
Yes — that is who the programmes are built for. Nothing in them requires code. Participants work on their own documents and processes, and the measure of a session is whether a non-technical manager leaves able to do something on Monday that they could not do on Friday. Where a team does have technical people, they are usually put to work helping the rest.
The first session of every programme sets the boundary before any tool is opened: what may be pasted into a general-purpose tool, what must have identifying details removed first, and what must never leave the organisation. Exercises can run on anonymised versions of real documents, so the work is realistic without the identity travelling. Any confidentiality undertaking or retention arrangement you need is agreed in writing before delivery.
Every Menova programme is scoped to the client. Book a short call — or send the team size, seniority and objective — and you get a written proposal with agenda, duration and price within two working days.
