Kahraba — Egypt's largest private-sector power company Energy & utilities
Menova delivered a 16-hour AI Foundation Workshop to 65 executives at Kahraba, Egypt's largest private-sector power generation and distribution company. The workshop ran three times, with 20 to 23 participants per run, each over two full eight-hour days — six delivery days in total. Day one built the prompting foundation (POCAB, GCSE-F and hallucination control); day two was a Microsoft Copilot workshop across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Power Automate, run on Kahraba's own tenders, budgets and documents. Participants rated it 4.8 out of 5.

Kahraba — Egypt's largest private-sector power company Energy & utilities
After the Copilot programme, Kahraba's CEO and senior managers returned for a one-day advanced session on Claude Cowork and Fable 5, delivered by Ahmed Amrousy. The day taught leaders to classify work as chat or delegated Cowork, route between Sonnet 5, Opus 5 and Fable 5 on economics, set the data boundary for a power company handling sensitive commercial data, and build directorate skills and scheduled tasks — ending with a live bid/no-bid tender analysis with cited clauses.

Engineering Export Council of Egypt (EECE) Manufacturing & export
Menova delivered a two-day AI for Business Strategy workshop, eight hours a day, to executives of companies affiliated with the Engineering Export Council of Egypt. Built on the SOSTAC framework, day one moved from prompting mastery through a full situation analysis — PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, a weighted competitor scorecard and customer 5W+H — to a written three-year Winning Aspiration; day two locked strategy, tactics with an export track including INCOTERMS, a 90-day roadmap with RACI, and a balanced scorecard, closing with an AI-assisted executive strategy deck.

In partnership with Logic Consulting, Menova delivered "Mastering AI for Smarter Teaching" — a three-hour session in July 2026 — to faculty at Cairo University's Faculty of Economics and Political Science. The workshop taught verification-first prompting that exposes hallucinations before they reach academic work, applied POCAB to course design and GCSE-F to research synthesis, redesigned assignments for a world where students have AI, delegated course preparation to Claude Cowork, and grounded teaching content in the faculty's own sources with NotebookLM.
